Privacy Policy

When you book, send a message, download a guide, enter a giveaway or create an account, we collect what you give us: usually your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to write.

We also note how you found us, such as the page you first landed on, the website that sent you, campaign tags in the link you clicked, and any referral code. This is stored with your inquiry so we know which of our efforts are working.

To answer you, schedule and run your session, take payments, send receipts and reminders, and keep records of your booking.

If you check the box to hear from us, we may send occasional emails with tips and studio updates. Every one of those emails includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop them.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google and Meta advertising tools to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and bookings. These tools use cookies or similar technology and receive information such as the pages you view and actions like booking a consult. We do not send them your name, email or phone number.

Visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before these tools load. Anyone can turn them off using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the studio, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery service, our website and database hosting, and, if enabled, Google and Meta as described above.

If you were referred by one of our ambassadors or members, they may see that you booked so they can be credited.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@riverroseboudoir.com. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
